Along with a unique design crafted down to the smallest detail, the ergonomic study of the seat and the bowl movement system (tilting and, in some models, also sliding) has allowed us to create functional and welcoming products.

The shampoo experience is further enhanced with optional upgrades such as the electric leg rest and the shiatsu massage system. Each backwash unit comes with detailed assembly instructions and technical manuals.

Can the shampoo stations and plumbing connections be customized?

Our shampoo stations can be customized in both finishes (with a wide selection of vinyl upholstery colors and textures) or lacquer options, if available, and through various upgrades, such as the electric leg rest and the shiatsu massage system.

The sink fixtures can be modified upon request, with several options available. It’s also possible to use materials specified by the client (COM), or to add monochrome or multicolor logos (screen-printed, embossed, or embroidered) on the seat.

Plumbing connections can be made either through the floor or the wall, with special custom covers available.

Do you offer design and consulting services for my salon?

Whether it's a new opening or restyling, our designers are fully available to create the best possible salon layout, develop the interior design project, and provide expert advice on product finishes and interior decor.

How do I choose the most suitable hair salon shampoo station?

The choice depends on many factors, but it must primarily be based on the level of service you wish to offer (e.g., quick wash vs. relaxation experience) and the available space.

It is fundamental to evaluate ergonomics for the operator (rear and side access) and comfort for the client; all our shampoo station models are equipped with a tilting bowl or with dual adjustment (tilting and linear sliding), and optional neck support to reduce cervical tension.

What is the warranty duration for shampoo & backwash stations?

We offer a legal warranty on all manufacturing defects, but wearable components (e.g., control panels, hoses, shower heads, faucets/fixtures…) may have specific coverage terms.

It is always recommended to verify the specific exclusions and warranty conditions of the product.

Is it possible to coordinate Gamma & Bross shampoo units with other salon furniture elements?

Absolutely. The company develops entire collections designed to create a harmonious "total look": it is possible to coordinate the finishes and upholstery of the shampoo units with every other element of the salon, including salon styling chairs, reception desks, styling stations, and waiting area sofas.

What maintenance procedures are recommended to preserve the shampoo station over time?

For the structure and seat, clean the vinyl upholstery with water and neutral soap (avoiding alcohol or aggressive solvents), or immediately in case of hair dye stains or other chemicals used in the salon.

It is important to remove hair and dust from the massage compressor filters (if present), periodically check screw tightness, regularly inspect and clean the hair-trap filter in the drain to prevent clogging, and periodically check the tightness of the gaskets/seals.
